Pixel and Vector ( Eng-Sub)

The different of pixel and vector is the structured. Pixel consisted of individual from million coloured squares.and then they make pixel graphic based. Vector graphics are mapped out using mathematical equations which calculate where the edges of the shapes sit in relation to one another.

For example, you can see the different of Photo and Font That we use in Photosop or other. When you scale up the photo, you will be losing the quality in every edge . because the the individual colour will be separate. And losing the sharpness. And it’s ain’t matter when you scale up Font. it still got the sharpness in every edge.

So, when you want to make a logo or some simple illustration. using the Vector based apps is always preferred and propered. when it resized to any size without losing quality when it printed or using digitaly. Because we never know, what size our client will used it.

The another different of Pixel and Vector is the extension. the JPG, PSD, PNG and other is used to Pixel based graphic. And the AI, SVG or EPS will be used for Vector based graphic.

And there’s the other powerfull extension from above. PDF, it’s always using for the final result. Because it can’t be edited anymore. I always using it for the final result of client package label.
